How does your fixed price guarantee work?
Before we start any project, you receive a detailed written contract with a locked price. That number does not change — no change orders, no surprise invoices. If something costs more than we estimated, that's our problem, not yours.
Do you do the physical work yourself?
No. P&L Home Group is a design and project management firm. Victor handles sales, design, and client oversight. Licensed, vetted subcontractors perform the physical construction. Victor is on site at every project to supervise quality.
What areas do you serve?
We serve all of Northern Virginia — Loudoun County, Fairfax County, Prince William County, Fauquier County — and the Shenandoah Valley including Winchester, Front Royal, Woodstock, and surrounding areas.
How does the planning deposit work?
After your free consultation, we offer a Planning Deposit that covers your full 3D design. This deposit credits 100% toward your project when you move forward — so it costs you nothing extra if you proceed.
How long does a typical project take?
Most patio projects take 3–7 days. Decks take 5–10 days. Outdoor kitchens take 1–2 weeks. Larger multi-feature builds take 2–4 weeks. We put your timeline in writing before we start.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. P&L Home Group holds a Virginia Class A Contractor License, verified through DPOR. We carry general liability insurance and require all subcontractors to carry their own insurance.
Do you offer financing?
We do not offer in-house financing, but we work with clients who use third-party financing or HELOCs. Contact us to discuss payment structure options.
What brands do you work with?
We are authorized with Belgard, Techo-Bloc, Unilock, Trex, TimberTech, and Fiberon. We source premium materials through T.W. Perry in Leesburg and other regional suppliers.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. P&L manages all permit applications where required. We factor permit timelines into your project schedule upfront.
What is your warranty?
Every project comes with a 2-year workmanship warranty written into your contract. If something isn't right, we fix it — no runaround.
Can I see my project in 3D before you build it?
Yes. 3D photorealistic design is included with the Planning Deposit. You'll see your project from multiple angles before we break ground.
