Every P&L Home Group project comes with a fixed price, owner on site every day, and a 2-year workmanship warranty — all in writing before work begins. A clear planning deposit: $500 for projects under $25K, $1,000 for projects $25K and up. Here's exactly how it works.
Competitors talk about “quality and craftsmanship.” We talk about risk reversal. Here's what we put in writing on every single contract.
Fixed price (what we quote is what you pay), owner on site every day, and a 2-year workmanship warranty. All written into your contract before work begins — not a verbal promise, not a marketing claim. Learn more about how the planning deposit works.
Every hardscape project — patios, retaining walls, fire pits, decks — is covered by a 2-year workmanship warranty. If something fails because of how we built it, we come back and fix it. No charge. Learn more about how the planning deposit works.
What we quote is what you pay. Period. Our proposals are detailed and exact. If we miss something in our estimate, that's our problem — not yours. No change orders for things we should have caught. Learn more about how the planning deposit works.
After a $500–$1,000 planning deposit, you see your new outdoor living space in full 3D before a single stone moves. $500 for projects under $25K; $1,000 for projects $25K and up. You approve every detail. We revise until you're happy. When you move forward, the deposit credits 100% toward your project. Learn more about how the planning deposit works.
Our fixed-price guarantee, owner-on-site commitment, and 2-year warranty aren't gimmicks — they're forcing functions. They force us to plan carefully, staff correctly, and only commit to what we can deliver. The fact that it's all in writing tells you everything about how seriously we take our commitments.

No mystery. No vague timelines. Here's the exact sequence of events for every P&L Home Group project.
Day 0
Call, text, WhatsApp, or fill out the form. Victor personally reviews every inquiry — no call centers, no sales reps. You'll hear back within 2 hours during business hours.
Victor reads every message himself. If you call and he's on a job site, he calls back the same day.
Day 1–3 · $200 value, free
Victor walks your entire property. He assesses grades, drainage, soil conditions, sun exposure, and how you actually want to use the space. This is not a sales visit — it's a real site evaluation.
Most contractors send a salesperson. Victor is the owner. He's the one who will be on your job site, so he needs to see it himself.
Day 3–7 · $500–$1,000 Planning Deposit
You get a full 3D rendering of your new outdoor living space before a single stone moves. A $500 deposit is required for projects under $25K; $1,000 for projects $25K and up. The deposit credits 100% toward your project when you move forward. See it, approve every detail, then decide.
We don't start building until you love the design. Changes at the design stage cost nothing. Changes mid-build cost everyone.
Day 5–10 · Detailed & exact
You receive a detailed written proposal with exact pricing for every element of your project. Materials, labor, and timeline are all spelled out.
Every line item is fixed. If we miss something in our estimate, that is our problem — not yours.
Before work begins
You have a signed contract before anyone sets foot on your property. It includes a fixed price, owner on site every day, and a 2-year workmanship warranty. All in writing before work begins.
This is not a verbal promise. It is written into the contract. We have never had to pay it because we plan carefully and only commit to timelines we can hit.
Project duration
Victor is personally on your property every single day. Not a foreman. Not a random crew lead. The owner — who vetted every specialist on your project and is fully accountable for every decision.
This is the biggest difference between us and a big landscaping company. When an owner is on site, the standard of work is completely different. Victor personally selected every contractor on your project, and he's there daily to enforce that standard.
Completion day
Victor walks the entire project with you. You inspect every detail. If anything isn't right, we fix it before you sign off. You don't pay the final balance until you're satisfied.
We don't disappear after the last stone is laid. The final walkthrough is your chance to point out anything that needs attention — and we address it on the spot.
Post-completion
Your 2-year workmanship warranty starts the day you sign off. Any defect in our work — settling, cracking, or drainage issues — we come back and fix it at no charge.
This covers workmanship, not normal wear or acts of nature. If something fails because of how we built it, we own that completely.
