Day 1–3 · $200 value, free
Free On-Site Property Assessment
Victor walks your entire property. He assesses grades, drainage, soil conditions, sun exposure, and how you actually want to use the space. This is not a sales visit — it's a real site evaluation.
Most contractors send a salesperson. Victor is the owner. He's the one who will be on your job site, so he needs to see it himself.
Day 3–7 · $500–$1,000 Planning Deposit
3D Design with Planning Deposit
You get a full 3D rendering of your new outdoor living space before a single stone moves. A $500 deposit is required for projects under $25K; $1,000 for projects $25K and up. The deposit credits 100% toward your project when you move forward. See it, approve every detail, then decide.
We don't start building until you love the design. Changes at the design stage cost nothing. Changes mid-build cost everyone.

You receive a detailed written proposal with exact pricing for every element of your project. Materials, labor, and timeline are all spelled out.

Victor is personally on your property every single day. Not a foreman. Not a random crew lead. The owner — who vetted every specialist on your project and is fully accountable for every decision.
This is the biggest difference between us and a big landscaping company. When an owner is on site, the standard of work is completely different. Victor personally selected every contractor on your project, and he's there daily to enforce that standard.
Completion day
Final Walkthrough & Sign-Off
Victor walks the entire project with you. You inspect every detail. If anything isn't right, we fix it before you sign off. You don't pay the final balance until you're satisfied.
We don't disappear after the last stone is laid. The final walkthrough is your chance to point out anything that needs attention — and we address it on the spot.
Post-completion
2-Year Workmanship Warranty Begins
Your 2-year workmanship warranty starts the day you sign off. Any defect in our work — settling, cracking, or drainage issues — we come back and fix it at no charge.
This covers workmanship, not normal wear or acts of nature. If something fails because of how we built it, we own that completely.
